Training

Our nurses and healthcare providers at NISE Nursing Ltd are extremely well trained and ready to take on a wide range of mental health and client support services. Our staff are carefully selected after a rigorous recruitment process that includes background checking, verification of skills and full DBS checks.

Recruitment Criteria

In particular our staff specialise in challenging behaviour, addressing disturbed patterns and the requirements of home care responsibility for service users that suffer from mental health conditions and brain injuries.

We employ a range of experienced healthcare assistants, support workers, mental health and learning disability specialists, RNMHs, RNLDs and RNAs.
