NISE Nursing Limited was established in 1994 to provide nurses to the prison service.

NISE is a client based agency in that it seeks to find the staff that clients need, rather than as many agencies do, seek to find work for the staff on its books. The NISE team have  over sixty years experience in mental health nursing and feel this puts them in a good position to understand the needs of their clients.

Since 1994 NISE has branched out from the prison service and now provides staff to the NHS, the Ministry of Defence, social services departments and private hospitals. As well as providing registered nurses, NISE also has on its books a large number of highly skilled, experienced health care assistants.
